Master of Science in Nursing in Forensic Nursing

The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Forensic Nursing (FRNR) prepares the graduate to care for individuals who experience or perpetrate traumatic events or criminal acts that result in injury or death. The graduate will be able to recognize, collect and document the medical-forensic examination and develop an understanding how evidence is used in civil or criminal legal proceedings. 

This program is also approved for delivery via asynchronous distance education technology, with some required visits to Bryan, Texas, for clinical skill training and evaluation.
