University Studies - BS, Leadership Studies Concentration
The University Studies-Leadership (USAL LED) degree is an interdisciplinary program requiring the completion of 120 semester credit hours with a concentration and two university approved minors. The University Studies Degree format was created to provide the student the flexibility to combine areas of study that are of special interest. In the leadership studies concentration, students learn theories and models of the leadership process and they use analysis and evaluation to synthesize multiple leadership theories. This interdisciplinary program allows students to customize their higher education experience to their future career goals. The student, with support from an USAL LED advisor, will choose minors to assist them in creating a degree plan that will allow students to gain the knowledge and skills required for their chosen career path.
