Finance - BBA, Real Estate Track

The BBA-FINC, Real Estate Track will prepare students for careers in real estate, including finance, development, investment, and asset management by blending theoretical foundations with practical applications, with a focus on commercial real estate.

A Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate Track, will prepare students for careers in commercial real estate, including finance, development, investment and asset management by blending theoretical foundations with practical applications, with a focus on commercial real estate. 

As Texas continues to experience rapid population growth, urban expansion, and increased demand for residential and commercial real estate, the program responds directly to workforce needs across the state. Students will acquire critical skills in financial analysis, investment strategy, valuation, and property development—core competencies essential to supporting the dynamic real estate market in Texas.
