This program prepares teacher candidates to instruct students who are served in bilingual/ESL classes at the elementary level.
The Department of Educational Psychology (EPSY) offers an undergraduate degree program, Bachelor of Science in Education that includes certification in bilingual/ESL education and general elementary education, grades EC through 6. Classes also include a minor in Spanish. Students interested in certification should contact the EPSY undergraduate advisor in Harrington Tower or the Bilingual/ESL Undergraduate Program at undergraduate.besl@tamu.edu
The following curriculum leads to the Bachelor of Science degree in Education with certification in Bilingual Education, EC-6. Students are required to meet with their assigned academic advisor prior to registration each semester.
