This minor is especially suited to complement majors in science, policy, humanities, education, and business. Students will develop skills in scientific inquiry and critical thinking centered on Earth's evolution, processes, and history. Graduates with a Geology Minor will be better prepared for advanced academic degrees and careers in environmental public practice, energy industry business and policy, conservation, government, oversight, and regulation compliance.
