The Adam C. Sinn '00 Department of Finance offers the Investment Banking and Private Equity (IB/PE) Certificate. The IB/PE is designed to acquaint BBA FINC and BBA Business Honors/FINC students with the knowledge required to be successful as a junior professional in an investment bank or a private equity firm. Key themes include company valuation, issuance of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financial modeling, as well as the private equity ecosystem.

Students who pursue the IB/PE must complete all program requirements prior to graduation. Upon graduation a certificate notation will be added to the official transcript.
