Master of Science in Rangeland, Wildlife and Fisheries Management

The Master of Science degree (thesis option) trains future natural resource professionals to confidently enter a variety of natural resource management-related professions within government or private entities or pursue an academic or research career in ecology and/or natural resource management, with an emphasis in wildlife, fisheries, rangelands, or human dimensions and policy. Graduates will develop a strong background in the basic and applied conservation sciences, particularly as they relate to population and ecosystem systems. This program involves intensive research, and the resulting thesis must demonstrate superior knowledge and understanding of the subject area.
