The Department of Public Service and Administration (PSAA) seeks to develop principled leaders for the public and nonprofit sectors, providing students with the tools and knowledge they need in order to perform effectively and ethically in a time when public servants face new and increased challenges.

The PSAA Department offers the Master of Public Service and Administration (MPSA) degree in person and the Executive Master of Public Service and Administration (EMPSA) degree online, as well as graduate certificates in Nonprofit Management, Public Management and Homeland Security. The EMPSA program is approved for delivery via distance education technology.
