Environmental Systems Science - BS

The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Systems Science (ENSS) provides students with rigorous interdisciplinary training in environmental science, systems thinking and data analytics to address complex environmental challenges. 

The degree program emphasizes understanding Earth system processes and human-environment interactions through both theoretical frameworks and practical applications, preparing students to address complex environmental challenges using quantitative and systems-based approaches. Students focus coursework in one of five environmental themes: Biosphere, Climate Change, Environmental Modeling and Data Science, Hazards and Resilience, or Water System Science.
