The Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience degree bridges several scientific disciplines and equips students with a strong foundation for advanced studies and careers in rapidly evolving healthcare and technical fields.

Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience is the study of the nervous system and its impact on behavior and cognitive functions. This interdisciplinary field integrates several disciplines, including psychology, psychiatry, biology, chemistry, and computer science. As such, students in this degree will develop competency in foundational coursework in the life and physical sciences. At the upper level, students complete a directed curriculum that will provide them depth of training in behavioral and cognitive neuroscience specifically.
