The Department of Construction Science offers a minor in Leadership in the Design and Construction Professions. The minor is designed to enhance leadership skills and increase each students understanding of themselves by encouraging and facilitating introspective looks into each individuals personality type, strengths and challenges. The goal of the minor is to focus on personal growth to become the most effective leaders in the design and construction industries.
