The certificate in Hospitality Management provides students with an understanding of the essential techniques of planning, decision-making and analysis that are practiced by hospitality managers. Students acquire skills and capabilities relating to the management, sustainability, development, cultural intelligence, marketing, finance and service quality applicable to hospitality, hotel management and tourism.
