The Adam C. Sinn '00 Department of Finance offers the Certificate in Investment Banking. The Certificate in Investment Banking is designed to acquaint BBA FINC and BBA Business Honors/FINC students with the knowledge required to be successful as a junior professional in an investment bank. Key themes include company valuation, issuance of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions, as well as financial modeling.

Students who pursue the Certificate in Investment Banking must complete all program requirements prior to graduation. Upon graduation a certificate notation will be added to the official transcript.
